Role overview
This position sits within the growth function and focuses on improving user acquisition metrics through affiliate and channel expansion in the exchange space, with a particular emphasis on the Greater China market.
Key responsibilities
- Drive user-growth outcomes for the team’s assigned metrics as part of the growth department.
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities within the exchange industry, especially through channel expansion.
- Build and sustain productive channel partnerships, support partners in a growth-oriented way, and help improve channel productivity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and keep partner collaboration running smoothly.
- Work toward the performance targets set by the team in line with market conditions and company strategy.
- Take part in industry events, spot new user-growth opportunities, and continuously source additional partnership leads.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in internet product growth or channel development; prior exposure to blockchain, finance, or internet product user growth/channel work is preferred.
- Comfortable understanding customer needs and translating them into practical user-growth and channel-operation solutions.
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, able to handle pressure, and capable of coordinating across departments.
