The Central Product Team at Binance focuses on innovation paired with enhanced user experience. This team develops and refines foundational platforms and services that underpin Binance’s global infrastructure, improving both user engagement and operational workflows. Role Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and execution for KYB and compliance-focused products from start to finish independently.
• Partner with international KYB service providers to develop a cutting-edge KYB verification platform leveraging modern technologies.
• Collaborate with compliance and operational departments to create seamless KYB onboarding processes for corporate clients.
• Work closely with fellow Product Managers, engineers, and designers to deliver a high-quality product.
• Gather and prioritize input from users and internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal, operations, and data teams to manage the product roadmap and make strategic trade-offs.
• Identify and track essential product metrics to guide decision-making and evaluate product performance.
• Coordinate with engineering and data science groups to integrate AI/ML models that optimize and automate the KYB workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management roles relevant to the industry.
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proven experience in developing products targeting international markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product lifecycle management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong capability in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• A user-centered approach with a strong product orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with Mandarin proficiency considered an advantage for communication with overseas partners.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology or the fintech industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
