Role overview

The Advertising Specialist supports the Senior Manager, Advertising in planning and delivering Red Bull advertising campaigns from start to finish. This role is focused on building energetic, engaging campaigns that strengthen the brand’s presence and keep it relevant with the next generation of consumers. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong organization, project management, and a genuine interest in the brand’s legacy and future.

Campaign management and strategy

You will manage key advertising projects to make sure they are delivered according to plan, on schedule, and within budget. This includes helping launch, maintain, and close campaigns, as well as owning the overall timeline and coordinating third-party schedules such as agency deliverables.

You will also help develop detailed campaign briefs that stay aligned to strategy throughout the campaign lifecycle. This includes gathering audience data, consumer insights, activation details, and learnings from previous campaigns to strengthen planning. You will support annual advertising business planning, work with the Media team to track and improve campaign performance, and contribute to campaign reporting that captures results, learnings, and best practices. In addition, you will support the launch and wrap-up of creative brand studies and ensure relevant data integration and compliance requirements are met.

Creative development

This position is responsible for helping develop or source the creative assets needed to launch campaigns successfully and on strategy. You will guide creative development across Social, WebTV, Digital Display, SEM, TV, OOH, and Radio, while making sure all work aligns with brand standards.

You will route creative through the required legal review process for ATL clearance, proofread and quality-check all assets, and serve as the main point of contact for creative agency partners. The role also includes leading creative review and approval workflows from concept to production, trafficking, and launch. You will help identify opportunities to improve consumer-facing communications, highlight inspiring creative examples, and manage budgets carefully for concepting and production.

Cross-functional collaboration

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business throughout the full campaign process, including briefing, creative development, launch, optimization, reporting, and final learnings. This includes gathering creative inputs from teams such as Brand, Sports, Culture, and Media House, while maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with agency partners.

Future-focused thinking

The role calls for someone who continuously monitors industry trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns fresh and forward-looking. You will also encourage innovation from agencies by exploring emerging technology, new creative formats, and beta opportunities.

Qualifications

The role requires at least 2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer who uses consumer insights, data, and trends to shape effective brand-led campaigns. You should be a strong project manager with excellent communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional work. A creative, collaborative self-starter with a passion for innovation and for the Red Bull brand is especially well suited to this position.

Compensation and additional information

The base pay for this role is $68,000 to $102,000, plus cash incentives.
