As the Medical & Clinical Affairs Specialist, you will collaborate closely with teams in Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial divisions to progress medical and clinical programs. Your role involves engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), aiding in clinical research projects, creating educational and medical materials for healthcare professionals, and ensuring critical initiatives proceed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage activities related to Key Opinion Leaders, including contract processes, logistics, communications, and the diverse elements involved.
• Coordinate medical events such as speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and educational activities.
• Create, organize, and control medical and clinical documentation like educational materials, presentations, dossiers, and relevant support documents.
• Review, revise, and contribute to clinical Standard Operating Procedures and other associated documentation.
• Address routine inquiries in Medical Affairs, collaborating with internal experts to deliver timely, evidence-supported responses.
• Support post-market evidence collection and select clinical research projects including coordination, documentation, and clinical data assistance.
• Adapt to various needs within the organization, exemplifying teamwork and flexibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Clinical Research, medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Proficient in developing, editing, and maintaining clinical or medical content and documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable about clinical trials with the ability to interpret clinical data and published scientific literature.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and solid competence in Excel.
• A proactive self-starter comfortable with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and capable of adapting to shifting priorities and new challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight trips.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus.
