Advanced Retail Professional (Third in Charge) - Harbour Town Factory Outlet, Gold Coast

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our team at the Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Gold Coast, Queensland. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in reaching store sales targets and ensuring the best possible customer experience.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales standards while motivating and guiding the store team to achieve or surpass business objectives.
• Effectively represent adidas brand values and product offerings in a compelling way.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and oversee timely product replenishment.
• Coach and train staff to enhance service delivery, and deepen brand and product knowledge aligned to seasons.
• Organize team workflows to optimize inventory handling and maintain a smooth stock-to-floor process.
• Share insights and best practices to boost overall store performance.

Preferred Experience

• Previous leadership experience in retail, particularly within men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear segments.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in visual merchandising.
• Understanding of stockroom operations and inventory management processes.
