Role Overview
We are seeking Beauty Advisors to act as brand ambassadors for Dolce & Gabbana, Lancôme, and Yves Saint Laurent at Shop-in-Shop (SIS) counters located within Shoppers Stop stores, delivering a superior luxury retail experience to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Dolce & Gabbana, Lancôme, and YSL at SIS counters within Shoppers Stop.
- Provide an outstanding luxury shopping experience through personalized customer interaction.
- Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product features, ingredients, and benefits.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while optimizing brand sales performance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Maintain the counter's visual appeal, cleanliness, and stock levels following brand standards.
- Manage stock levels by monitoring availability and coordinating timely replenishments.
- Keep current with new product launches, beauty industry trends, and promotional activities.
- Adhere to brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain impeccable grooming, and uphold the luxurious brand image.
Candidate Eligibility
- Completion of 12th grade is mandatory; graduation is preferred.
- Previous experience of approximately 15 years in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or luxury retail sales.
- Experience working with premium beauty brands or retail outlets such as Nykaa, Sephora, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Health & Glow, MAC, Estee Lauder, or Colorbar is preferred.
- Fresh candidates possessing excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for beauty products may also be considered.
