About the Role
This position requires managing daily branch operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the showroom front office. The Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, address complaints effectively, and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of vehicles by meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Delivery departments to facilitate smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily management information system (MIS) reports.
- Lead and motivate the branch sales team to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee branch inventory management, product displays, and overall presentation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for expanding business.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to enhance conversion ratios.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout sales and delivery processes.
