Overview
The Administrative Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting the YouTube Strategy and Finance team by managing core administrative duties that enable efficient business operations. This position involves anticipating the needs of executives and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Staying current with Google's evolving products and services enhances the ability to strategically support team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule, update, and manage calendar events, ensuring preparedness for meetings with minimal supervision.
- Handle expense management processes following established guidelines.
- Evaluate and advocate for office space requirements collaboratively.
- Organize and coordinate both internal and external events and programs, managing logistics in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with some guidance to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years performing administrative duties in a high-technology or international environment, including travel coordination, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities liaison.
- Preferably at least 3 years supporting executive-level management within a corporate context and experience managing small projects and events from conception through execution.
