Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable workflow including invoice receipt, coding, approval, and payment execution
• Process numerous invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Assist with weekly payment runs via ACH, check, and wire transfers ensuring vendors are paid promptly
• Track and follow up on aging accounts payable items, discrepancies, and outstanding approvals
• Support efforts to enhance AP processes by contributing to system improvements and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in accounts payable
• In-depth knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and standard practices
• Ability to thrive in high-volume or fast-paced settings
• Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in accounts payable related to real estate, property management, or construction sectors
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills enabling cross-department collaboration
• Familiarity with AP automation tools or experience with system integration projects is advantageous
