  • Establish and maintain robust partnerships with distributors and internal teams to facilitate business growth.
  • Serve as the direct liaison between Coach and distributors to synchronize brand and business goals.
  • Act as the market authority by providing insights into consumer behavior, regional trends, and competitors; collaborate with Consumer Research and distributors on relevant analyses.
  • Implement strategic product initiatives and educate teams and accounts about Coach’s offerings and standards.
  • Identify and assess sales campaigns to determine their success and impact.
  • Explore and propose new business opportunities in current and emerging markets.
  • Formulate comprehensive multi-year business strategies for assigned regions.
  • Support new store launches including account setup, tracking executions, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Training teams to guarantee top-tier in-store execution.
  • Manage monthly sales and shipment forecasting, track actual performance, and handle annual sales planning with Finance.
  • Secure timely receipt and analysis of POS and operational data to detect risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain pricing strategy documentation in partnership with Finance and Global Pricing.
  • Coordinate inventory planning with distributors to support optimal stock levels.
  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
  • Support business reviews and strategic presentations, conduct competitive analyses, and gather market intelligence.
  • Work with Account, Visual Merchandising, and Buying teams to analyze store performance and provide recommendations.
  • Oversee the ordering process with Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Lead market week logistics and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate with Finance on payment monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and materials, including for new store openings.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in international wholesale or retail environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Southeast Asia.
  • Proficient in retail mathematics and advanced Excel; experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Background in international sales, consulting, or finance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
