Role Overview
The Account Executive will be pivotal in expanding Supy's presence across Saudi Arabia by managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to finalizing contracts. This role offers a valuable opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to significantly impact a rapidly expanding SaaS company and help restaurants modernize their operations with Supy's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective restaurant clients through outbound research, cold calls, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective leads using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer segments, current industry trends, and competitors.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including initial contact, product demonstrations, proposal preparations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Revenue Operations teams for smooth post-sale transition.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers within target accounts.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Represent Supy at client meetings, industry gatherings, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keeps accurate records of sales pipelines, activity logs, and deal progress within the CRM system.
- Report regularly on pipeline status, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and collaborate with Account Management for upsell opportunities.
- Provide structured insights and feedback from market interactions to Product and Operations teams.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or SaaS sectors.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success handling complete sales cycles independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
