Role Overview

This position is for a Talent Solutions Account Executive responsible for identifying client opportunities and driving new business. The role involves handling inbound interest as well as generating outbound demand across the assigned region. You will work strategically with target companies and teams, recommend the most suitable technology solutions, and sell recruitment-focused corporate offerings while always acting in the client’s best interest.

The working model for this position is hybrid, which means some work will be done from home and some from an office on selected days, based on team and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build a healthy pipeline through persistent prospecting and develop strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and keep leadership fully informed about pipeline movement.
  • Consistently win new business at or above quota.
  • Design and carry out a territory strategy and share competitive intelligence in a structured way.
  • Support teammates by offering coaching and practical guidance where improvements are possible.
  • Help establish and spread the best practices that will form the backbone of the team’s approach.
  • Collect market feedback and relay useful insights to product and marketing partners.
  • Take initiative to solve problems beyond your immediate scope and step into additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Look for chances to lead and contribute to the company’s broader goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience. Prior exposure to recruiting, recruitment media, or HR software is preferred, along with experience selling SaaS solutions and working with Salesforce.com. Background in selling IT or recruiting solutions is also valued.

Strong understanding of software contract terms and conditions, the ability to structure fair deals, and solid negotiation and forecasting skills are important. The ideal candidate can close high-level business in a proactive sales environment, use data to evaluate opportunities and influence decisions, and manage many prospect situations at once while positioning the products against direct and indirect competitors.

Compensation

The quoted pay range is $106,000 to $152,000 OTE. Final compensation depends on factors such as skill set, experience depth, certifications, and the specific work location. The package may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other incentive compensation plans.
