Job description
About the company
LinkedIn is a global professional network designed to help people unlock economic opportunity. Its products support meaningful connections, job discovery, skills development, and access to insights. The company also emphasizes employee growth and aims to foster a workplace built on trust, care, inclusion, and enjoyment.
This position is based in London and follows a flexible working model. The role is hybrid, so work will be split between home and a LinkedIn office depending on team needs.
Role overview
The Customer Success Manager will join LinkedIn Talent Solutions within the Search & Staffing vertical. The role focuses on supporting complex large enterprise staffing clients in the UK and building strong local relationships with them.
The main goal is to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise staffing customers. The role involves collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders, shaping product optimisation strategies, using data to guide decisions, offering industry insight, and helping LinkedIn become an essential part of the client sourcing workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Create retention and optimisation plans by acting as a dependable partner to enterprise Search & Staffing customers, helping them get the greatest possible value from their investment.
- Lead the customer value journey for staffing partners from onboarding and planning through review and value communication at important milestones.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholder contacts, often at Director level and above, while advising them on industry trends, investment strategy, and sourcing approaches.
- Meet clients face to face and run group customer sessions focused on product adoption, large-scale enablement, and market insights.
- Work closely with LinkedIn’s sales teams to support post-sale implementation and project coordination, while spotting commercial opportunities that improve client growth, continuity, and investment return.
- Use LinkedIn, client, and other relevant data to generate insights that improve customer outcomes with LinkedIn products.
- Develop strong product knowledge and guide customers on how to fully benefit from their LinkedIn solutions.
- Build recognised expertise in the recruitment space by sharing perspective on benchmarks, market movements, and best practices.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
Preferred background includes at least 2 years in Search & Staffing, agency recruitment, another hire-for-others environment, or direct experience working with staffing customers.
Strong candidates will be able to manage a focused but complex client portfolio, work with senior stakeholders, present effectively in boardroom and C-suite settings, and explain value in a commercial context.
Applicants should also bring excellent verbal and written communication, solid technical comfort, and strong organisational, project management, and time management ability. Experience analysing data, trends, and client information to identify growth opportunities is important.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, Co-Work, and Claude is preferred, along with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic business relationships are also expected.
