This is not an outsourcing setup; successful candidates are placed directly with the client and become part of the in-house team.

Role overview

This position is for a driven Account Executive who can handle the entire sales process end to end. The role involves everything from first contact and discovery through to negotiation and closing. It suits a strong closer who enjoys exceeding targets, building revenue, and developing long-term customer relationships. The opportunity is designed for someone who wants to grow their sales career in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects to support steady quarterly target achievement.
  • Work with potential customers to identify their challenges and present the solution in a compelling way.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes through to signature.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to share market insights and help sharpen the sales approach.
  • Keep CRM data current and use it to track progress, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a role focused on closing deals.
  • Strong record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence people at different levels.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • A resilient, self-driven mindset with a strong prospecting and hunting attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing setting.
  • Background in selling SaaS or technology products.
  • Exposure to modern outbound sales tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts.
