Role Overview
This opportunity is for a high-energy, target-focused Account Executive to join a growing sales function. The role covers the complete sales journey, from first contact and discovery through to commercial negotiation and deal closure. It suits a motivated closer who enjoys building revenue, winning new business, and consistently delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including outreach, lead qualification, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and keep a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects to support steady quarterly target achievement.
- Work with potential customers to uncover their challenges and present the solution in a compelling way.
- Lead negotiations and manage multi-stakeholder decision processes through to signed agreements.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to share customer insights and help improve the sales approach.
- Keep CRM data, activity logs, and forecasts accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive in a closing-focused role.
- Strong ability to close deals, with a clear record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
- Strong self-drive, resilience, and an energetic hunter mindset.
- Capability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
- Background in SaaS or technology sales.
- Exposure to modern outbound sales platforms and automation tools.
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts.
