Role Overview

This position is suited to a top-performing Account Executive who enjoys a fast-moving sales environment and is confident owning the close. The ideal candidate can guide complex conversations, overcome challenging objections, and convert high-value prospects into long-term customers. As a key revenue contributor, you will manage the final phase of the sales process and ensure prospects clearly understand the value being delivered. Candidates with a strong record of exceeding ambitious sales targets are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete sales journey, beginning with discovery and ending with the close of high-value deals.
  • Deliver polished product demonstrations and presentations that address each prospect’s specific challenges.
  • Keep the pipeline active and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly for all live opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and address complex objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Coordinate closely with the lead generation team to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Record updates, pipeline activity, and forecasts accurately in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as a high-ticket closer with measurable sales results.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Executive role or a similar sales position.
  • Strong ability to quickly establish trust with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • A self-driven approach with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Comfort working independently in a demanding, fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in selling SaaS products or technical solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-scaling startup environment.
  • Exposure to modern sales tools and advanced CRM processes.
