Role Overview
BytePlus, part of ByteDance, is hiring an Account Executive to help grow its innovative technical sales business across the Middle East. The role is centered on expanding the company’s footprint in GenAI and SaaS, with a strong emphasis on visual AI solutions and building lasting business partnerships across the GCC and Levant.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support regional growth across KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and the Levant, with primary focus on visual AI innovation products.
- Win new enterprise customers through consultative selling and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to expand business across MENA.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from identifying demand and generating leads to negotiating terms and closing contracts.
- Support onboarding and adoption after the sale to ensure customers use the solutions effectively, stay satisfied, and remain engaged for future referrals.
- Prepare accurate activity updates and sales forecasts so regional targets and product launch goals remain aligned.

Minimum Qualifications
- A completed bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of B2B business development experience.
- Strong ability to solve problems, shape early-stage markets, and manage complex client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical topics.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and focused on outcomes, with a strong interest in AI-led innovation.
- Business-level Mandarin or Arabic is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in telco, digital marketing, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML.
- Prior success in key account sales or solution sales.
- Strong network and proven delivery record with customers and partners in the region.
- Deep familiarity with internet-led industries such as gaming, eCommerce, media, sports, and entertainment.
- Exposure to AI content generation or agentic solutions.
- Consulting experience that supports strategic selling and solution shaping.
