Role Overview
SKIMS is hiring an Account Executive, Franchise Partnerships to help grow and run the company’s global franchise business. Reporting to the Sr Director of Hybrid & Franchise Partnerships, this person will work closely with franchise operators on a daily basis and support commercial results, operational execution, and consistent brand presentation across the franchise network.
The position blends account management, detailed coordination, and cross-functional partnership. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-moving environment while balancing multiple priorities. A strong interest in retail, partnerships, and brand development is important, as this role supports the expansion of SKIMS’ global franchise ecosystem and helps maintain a seamless partner experience.
Account Management and Sales Support
- Handle recurring weekly and monthly sell-in and sell-through reporting for key accounts, turning the data into useful summaries and next-step recommendations.
- Assist the Sales Director with assortment planning by market, collection presentation materials, and sales performance analysis.
- Coordinate account communications in both directions, including imagery, samples, order confirmations, and EDI-related activity.
- Work with Customer Service and Logistics to make sure orders are processed correctly, allocated properly, and invoiced on time.
- Resolve questions related to invoices, purchase orders, debit memos, and credits together with Finance.
Market Preparation and Strategy
- Support quarterly market preparation by organizing appointments, compiling line sheets, monitoring sample availability, and maintaining market tools.
- Help establish seasonal targets and confirm that order entry is correct in the master file after market.
- Work with Marketing to execute seasonal account-level marketing plans across both upper and lower funnel activity.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor open orders and help keep monthly shipping goals on track.
- Prepare weekly shipping status updates and keep accounts informed about forecasts and requirements ahead of time.
- Maintain compliance with SKIMS wholesale and EDI workflows.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, the Field Team, and Marketing to improve wholesale results.
Partner Management
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for franchise operators and build strong relationships while keeping business goals, brand standards, and operational needs aligned.
- Run regular business reviews with franchise partners, sharing performance updates, operational status, and practical recommendations.
- Create franchise assortment plans in market with planning support and in line with strategic market goals.
- Manage end-to-end order activity, including processing, review, negotiation, and go-to-market planning.
- Ensure orders are entered, allocated, and invoiced accurately with Customer Service and Logistics support.
- Address and resolve issues across the full operational scope.
Business Development
- Work with the Sr Director of Hybrid & Franchise Partnerships and the SVP Multi-brand Retail on strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and key priorities across international markets.
- Keep franchise partner plans aligned with regional business goals and the company’s wider growth strategy.
- Support annual business plans, seasonal programs, and market-specific opportunities that drive revenue and brand reach.
- Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership reviews, partner meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Help senior leadership assess market potential, partner performance, and growth opportunities in current and future franchise markets.
Franchise Operations and Global Coordination
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Operations, Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to support the daily running of the franchise-owned store network.
- Partner with global teams to understand regional requirements and support alignment across franchise operations worldwide.
- Maintain communication tools, reporting structures, and process documentation that improve operational efficiency.
- Support the creation and upkeep of franchise operating standards, training content, and best-practice materials for consistent global execution.
- Assist with new franchise store openings by managing timelines, cross-functional deliverables, inventory readiness, training, visual merchandising, and operational needs.
- Flag process improvement ideas that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the franchise organization.
Market and Strategy Execution
- Help implement the global franchise strategy by supporting operational excellence and brand consistency across markets.
- Partner with Merchandising and Planning on assortment planning, inventory control, and buy execution for franchise markets.
- Track franchise partner performance through sales reporting, KPI monitoring, inventory productivity analysis, and compliance reviews.
- Work with Planning and Finance to build business reviews and performance recaps, identifying ways to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and business metrics to inform decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Support regional and global initiatives that strengthen the franchise network and contribute to long-term brand growth.
Skills and Experience
The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in wholesale, franchise management, retail operations, business development, account management, or similar commercial work within apparel, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands. Strong retail math skills, familiarity with contemporary market dynamics, and a solid understanding of store performance, inventory management, and business planning are important.
Advanced Excel skills are required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable in follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite. The person should be able to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced, changing environment and bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
