Job description
About the Company
Our client is developing an AI-driven front office platform designed specifically for specialty medical practices. This AI-powered revenue engine automates common front-office tasks such as call scheduling, referral management, document processing, outbound patient engagement, and insurance verification. Supported by premier investors, the company has raised $5.5 million and is currently working on a major Series A round. Its revenue has expanded over 13 times in the past year, propelled by a fast-paced, high-expectations team addressing a strong market need.
Role Overview
This position is a fully remote enterprise Account Executive role based in the United States. The focus is predominantly on outbound, end-to-end sales targeting private equity-owned specialty practices with 20 or more locations. Pipeline generation is partly supported by Business Development Representatives scheduling meetings, with additional self-sourced leads. Deal sizes vary from $100,000 to several million annually, involving lengthy sales cycles typically spanning two to four months, demanding patience and strategic approaches. Occasional travel—approximately monthly—is required for industry conferences and closing significant deals. The work environment rewards consistent high performance and is suited for a determined professional focused on long-term, high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycles for primarily outbound enterprise specialty practice groups.
- Generate pipeline independently through cold outreach methods including calls and LinkedIn, supplemented by BDR-scheduled appointments.
- Conduct discovery and product demonstration sessions, and prepare complex, high-value proposals.
- Effectively navigate prolonged enterprise sales involving multiple decision-makers.
- Represent and promote the company at industry-related conferences to cultivate sales opportunities.
- Travel as necessary to facilitate deal progression and finalize key accounts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, with at least 2 years as an Account Executive.
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment, ideally within Series A or B stages; candidates from large corporate sales contexts are not suited.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales and a strategic, long-term approach to deal closure.
- Highly driven, adaptable, and focused on achieving sales targets.
- Robust sales fundamentals and the maturity needed to engage with complex healthcare enterprise buyers.
- Preferred bonuses include experience selling healthcare solutions to similar clients, an excellent academic record, or a background in competitive sports.
