Role Overview
The Senior Director, Industry Lead reports to the General Manager and oversees a portfolio of partners across an industry vertical. This position leads a team of sales and account professionals, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence and team development. The role is flexible for US-based remote or office work.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer comprehensive client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies that drive revenue.
- Track and report sales revenue and quota achievements within the industry sector to leadership.
- Provide structured coaching and feedback to Partner and Account Managers for effective account planning and execution.
- Enhance sales team efficiency and expand influence within targeted accounts.
- Promote AI fluency and adoption of innovative processes within the team.
- Lead hiring and onboarding processes collaboratively with cross-functional teams ensuring cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure partner success and smooth deal execution.
- Design sales strategies using performance data, partner segmentation, and industry insights to maintain Fetch as a preferred partner.
- Understand and communicate how Fetch’s advertising solutions impact partner business outcomes and key performance indicators.
- Utilize data-driven insights to contribute to account-level planning and execute revenue strategies.
- Maintain precise Salesforce data for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Represent Fetch professionally in the industry at partner meetings and events.
- Translate long-term strategic goals from senior leadership into actionable plans for the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 2 years' experience managing teams with a proven ability to mentor Account Executives and Managers to meet goals.
- More than 8 years of experience in new business development and account management within digital media, advertising, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas by acquiring new clients.
- Strong knowledge of media metrics, advertising KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Excel with excellent analytical, forecasting, and organizational capabilities.
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools that enhance account growth and sales outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing mid-market clients in sectors like travel or emerging disruptor services (food delivery, home services, etc.).
- Effective collaborator with experience working across functions to resolve issues and achieve results.
- Ability to convert leadership strategic directives into practical plans for team members.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $168,000 to $187,500 annually.
- On-target earnings between $336,000 and $375,000 excluding accelerators or sales incentives.
