About the Role
As an Account Director, you will be a seasoned expert in client management and development, expertly leading teams while forging and nurturing strong relationships with clients and service providers. Known for your attentive approach, you ensure all parties clearly understand their roles and expectations. You excel at maintaining smooth operations and identifying opportunities, which you share effectively with your team and clients. Comfortable managing both traditional campaigns and social media projects, you successfully oversee diverse formats with confident insight. You believe in the power of collective energy and clear principles to foster continuous improvement together.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships and all associated processes, from initial cost estimations through concept development to final execution.
- Prepare reliable cost calculations, oversee budget control, and report on various projects.
- Conduct project evaluations and implement optimizations.
- Develop strategies for client growth and retention.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and direct service providers.
- Facilitate and present during client meetings.
- Create and implement innovative concepts and solutions for client projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within client servicing and project management.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing robust cost estimations and confidently managing client interactions.
- Deep understanding of current trends and innovations within the industry.
- Enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary collaboration and team leadership.
