Role overview
Monee is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore to support ShopeePay’s merchant growth efforts. The position focuses on finding new merchant partners, guiding them through onboarding, and helping drive product uptake and activation.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospective merchants and present ShopeePay’s offerings in a way that encourages adoption.
- Handle the full merchant acquisition journey, including initial contact, onboarding, and activation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to roll out initiatives that improve merchant engagement and adoption.
- Look for new ways to expand ShopeePay usage among merchants, with a specific emphasis on improving SPaylater acquisition rates in Singapore.
What we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to stay persistent when facing objections or setbacks.
