Project Details and Responsibilities
- Compile and maintain a targeted list of 40 to 50 relevant German academic and research stakeholders including principal investigators, group leaders, postdoctoral researchers, project managers, and science communicators.
- Develop and optimize outreach correspondence, including email and professional network messaging.
- Initiate contact and conduct professional follow-ups to arrange qualified product demonstrations, pilot discussions, or interviews.

- Participate in occasional offline outreach events such as local networking, workshops, coordinated demo sessions, or meetings.
Candidate Profile

- Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing outreach autonomously.
Engagement Model and Compensation
The role is offered as a flexible, freelance, part-time consultancy. The initial engagement is a 6 to 8 week pilot, with compensation starting at €2000 or more, negotiable based on expertise and work scope. Performance bonuses may be awarded. Successful pilot outcomes can lead to a longer-term academic business development or partnership position.
