Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for ABA and behavioral health roles. This fully remote position is centered on finding strong matches for clinical teams, especially Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The focus is on thoughtful hiring, positive candidate experiences, and long-term retention rather than high-volume transactional recruitment.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and bring in top ABA professionals who can support a mission-driven organization and strengthen the quality of care delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for RBT, BCBA, and other ABA-related positions.
  • Create and maintain strong talent pipelines within the ABA community.
  • Source, review, interview, and assess candidates for clinical suitability.
  • Manage communication and relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role priorities.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and support onboarding steps.
  • Keep ATS records and recruiting documentation accurate and current.
  • Monitor recruiting data and use insights to improve hiring results.
  • Support employer branding efforts within the ABA space.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is a relationship-focused recruiter who understands the ABA field, knows the certification landscape, and can source both active and passive talent effectively. You should be comfortable balancing multiple open roles, communicating with confidence, and building trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience preferred.
  • Proven success hiring RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, sourcing, and relationship management.
