About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring for clinical and behavioral health roles. This is a fully remote position based in Ohio, United States. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, understands the nuances of ABA recruiting, and is committed to delivering strong hires and a positive candidate journey.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire talented professionals in the ABA space, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your work will help strengthen the clinical team and contribute to the quality of care delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruiting for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the ABA community.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for clinical and behavioral fit.
  • Manage candidate communication and relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and support onboarding activities.
  • Keep ATS data and recruitment records accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring results.
  • Support employer branding efforts within the ABA sector.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success hiring RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple open requisitions.
  • Professional, clear communication with candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the ABA industry, certification expectations, and hiring challenges.
  • Focus on quality of hire and long-term retention.
