Role overview
This is a part-time remote opportunity for an HR and administration specialist working with an expert network. The engagement is designed for 10 to 40 hours each week and involves supporting people operations, administrative coordination, and research-oriented work.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with hiring workflows and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate payroll-related tasks and handle benefits administration processes.
- Create, assess, and improve HR policies so they remain compliant and consistent across operations.
- Prepare clear documentation and practical guidance on HR best practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders asynchronously on workforce planning and administrative projects.
- Use HR knowledge to contribute to AI-supported research and enterprise assignments.
Requirements
