Role Overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization located in the United States that manages all candidate applications and next steps. The Senior Consultant, Talent Partnership Sourcing role focuses on shaping strategic talent acquisition initiatives by establishing and nurturing strong external partnerships and creating scalable sourcing frameworks. As the bridge between external talent networks and internal recruitment teams, you will ensure a steady influx of qualified candidates through effective relationship management, operational improvements, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with external talent partners, serving as their primary liaison and aligning on recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate partner engagement efforts and establish clear communication pathways between external organizations and internal recruiting units.
- Evaluate candidate submissions from partners, identifying top talent and presenting compelling profiles to recruiters and hiring authorities.
- Create and refine workflows, tracking mechanisms, and processes to enhance transparency and efficiency within partner-generated talent pipelines.
- Track and assess sourcing performance metrics, using analytical insights to recommend improvements and boost partnership success.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to aid in priority hiring projects, candidate readiness programs, partnership events, and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
- Drive ongoing enhancements to streamline workflows and elevate the candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, sourcing, or managing recruiting partnerships.
- Demonstrable experience in cultivating and managing external organizational relationships or recruiting community partnerships.
- Strong skills in assessing candidate qualifications and effectively communicating their value to recruitment stakeholders.
- Proven capability to design and implement structured workflows and operational tracking systems for talent pipelines.
- Comfort with recruiting metrics and data analysis to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities, able to collaborate across teams without direct authority.
- Highly organized, attentive to details, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with high ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM or talent relationship management tools like Beamery is advantageous.
- Proficient in remote work settings, demonstrating strong collaboration and time management.
