Role Overview
SPEMOCEAN is looking for a 360 Sales Recruitment Consultant in Singapore to handle both business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery. This position combines client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and placement work, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships and meeting sales and hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business prospects through outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Own the complete recruitment process, from winning new clients and understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
- Maintain trusted relationships with clients so workforce needs are clearly understood and properly addressed.
- Partner with internal recruiters to present suitable candidates within the required timelines.
- Meet and aim to surpass individual targets for sales and placements.
- Track labour-market movements, manpower demand, and relevant industry changes.
- Assist with management-led initiatives and take on other duties or projects as needed to support business goals.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Prior agency recruitment experience with exposure to the full 360° recruitment cycle.
- Comfort handling several client accounts and open roles independently.
- A self-driven approach with strong resilience and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, oil & gas, or technical roles will be considered an added advantage, though it is not essential.
