About the Role
We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations, handle phone communications, welcome visitors, and assist in customer engagement. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a professional demeanor, and effective multitasking skills to support various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Manage records for incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate visitor appointments with appropriate company departments.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Place calls to current and potential customers for follow-ups, inquiries from Indiamart, feedback collection, and promotional activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally, delivering accurate information about company products and services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call logs.
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries and update the sales team as needed.
- Execute additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
- Reading and writing proficiency in English.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organization and multitasking capabilities.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fundamental knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates should have completed 10th and 12th grade. Applicants with 1 to 2 years experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or customer service executive are preferred, although freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
The position requires working Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
