About the Role

We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations, handle phone communications, welcome visitors, and assist in customer engagement. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a professional demeanor, and effective multitasking skills to support various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
  • Manage records for incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate visitor appointments with appropriate company departments.
