Overview
This role involves leading a branch through strategic planning and resource management to achieve business goals. The focus is on expanding market share and enhancing brand equity in a cost-efficient manner, specifically within Defence catchments by establishing an insurance distribution network through Parakram Managers embedded in Defence Channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch targets, including agent productivity, new premium acquisition, and maintaining business persistency.
- Enhance field force productivity via effective team leadership and people management.
- Maintain high persistency levels to meet business objectives.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline within the branch to control revenue effectively.
- Ensure full compliance for smooth operations and improved productivity.
- Lead sales promotional initiatives to achieve set business milestones.
- Provide recommendations for product and process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage branch administration to ensure seamless and cost-effective operations.
