As we rapidly grow and support hundreds of customers, we're looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team. You won't be just a tier-three support contact; from day one, you'll be the primary voice customers interact with. Collaborating closely with a small, transparent team, you'll have meaningful influence on mika's evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through onboarding—from initial setup to confident use of the platform.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and minor issues via chat, email, or calls.
  • Ensure smooth pipeline operations so customers always understand the next steps.
  • Identify recurring customer challenges, gaps in onboarding flow, and opportunities for automation.
  • Lead your own project, such as expanding the knowledge base, improving onboarding, or testing new workflows.
  • Represent customer perspectives directly within the team, acting as a liaison between Accounting, Product, and Founders.

Qualifications
