Job Description and Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads by establishing professional contacts and expanding networks within the territory.
- Travel extensively through assigned sales regions to engage with clients.
- Understand and anticipate the current and future needs of customers.
- Demonstrate products, services, and tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Develop and present detailed cost-benefit analyses to potential clients to support sales proposals.
- Negotiate terms including pricing, payment schedules, and delivery logistics.
- Participate regularly in sales review meetings to assess progress and strategies.
- Collaborate with post-sales support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Formulate strategies and initiate innovative approaches for advancing technological manufacturing products.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
