About the Role
We are currently seeking skilled professionals for the position of Customer Service Executive specializing in International Voice Process within a dynamic and expanding BPO organization. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills and prior experience in international customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and address customer inquiries through voice communication effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate support.
- Exhibit a positive attitude while handling international clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduate degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process environment.
- Excellent command over English communication.
- Strong customer handling abilities paired with a constructive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹30,000, plus enticing performance incentives.
