Job Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by presenting online property solutions to real estate developers and consultants, tailoring proposals to their unique needs.
- Meet sales targets by expanding clientele in the designated territory through new client acquisitions.
- Generate qualified leads by leveraging referrals, telephonic outreach, cold calls, and developing strong customer relations.
- Maintain active engagement with clients through product demonstrations, training sessions, and monitoring service delivery.
- Manage negotiations, finalize agreements with clients ensuring appropriate documentation, and oversee timely collections.
- Work collaboratively with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Product teams to guarantee process adherence and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree from any discipline.
