Job Overview

We are seeking a recent graduate to become a part of our Training and Organizational Development team within A*STAR. This role aims to assist in implementing and enhancing leadership programs crafted by A*STAR's Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) team while coordinating training initiatives focusing on functional and core competencies for A*STAR IME personnel. The position involves hands-on support for training logistics, employee communication, and training progress monitoring.
