About the Role

Pixera Media Labs is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell "Trackable," its Restaurant POS software, targeting restaurants and cafés primarily in Delhi. This position requires active ground-level sales efforts including direct client interaction, product demonstrations, and deal closure. The role operates under a target-driven environment, ideal for individuals eager to engage face-to-face with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and list restaurants and cafés within the assigned sales territory as potential customers.
  • Conduct in-person visits to understand customer operations and their pain points.
  • Deliver live demos of the Trackable POS software to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups with warm leads.
  • Offer a complimentary 3 to 4 day trial to interested prospects when necessary to aid deal closure.
  • Convert interested prospects into paying customers by closing sales effectively.
  • Maintain daily reports including visit logs, demonstration outcomes, and pipeline updates according to company standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with restaurant owners to foster referrals and renewals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
  • Ownership of a two-wheeler is required for this role.
  • Candidates must have a personal laptop.
  • Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred; however, freshers demonstrating excellent communication skills may be considered.

Compensation
