About Pixera Media Labs and Role Overview
Pixera Media Labs is actively seeking a dedicated HR Manager based in Surat, Gujarat, responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions primarily focused on recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations supporting our expanding sales teams including Field Sales and Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes targeting Field and Inside Sales positions.
- Establish collaborations with educational institutions for campus recruiting and referral partnerships.
- Organize hiring campaigns across multiple cities to facilitate sales team growth beyond Surat.
- Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment workflows.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures including documentation, orientation sessions, and policy briefings.
- Provide foundational training for new sales personnel, covering product knowledge and company processes.
- Maintain accurate attendance and HR records while preparing routine reports.
- Monitor field sales team activities ensuring compliance with daily reporting and client visits.
- Coordinate internal meetings inclusive of logistics and documentation.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster positive office culture.
- Oversee daily office administrative duties ensuring availability and maintenance of supplies, seating, IT infrastructure, and connectivity.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Educational background: Graduate degree preferred in HR or Management but not mandatory.
- Experience: Ideally 1 to 3 years in HR or recruitment; strong communicators without experience are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Effective communication, organizational aptitude, proficiency with MS Office and Excel fundamentals, and people management capabilities.
- Mobility: Availability for occasional travel for city-based recruitment drives.
- Work Attitude: Proactive, detail-focused, adept at multitasking across recruitment, reporting, and administrative functions.

Additional Details
