About the Role
Pixera Media Labs is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell "Trackable," its Restaurant POS software, targeting restaurants and cafés primarily in Delhi. This position requires active ground-level sales efforts including direct client interaction, product demonstrations, and deal closure. The role operates under a target-driven environment, ideal for individuals eager to engage face-to-face with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and list restaurants and cafés within the assigned sales territory as potential customers.
- Conduct in-person visits to understand customer operations and their pain points.
- Deliver live demos of the Trackable POS software to restaurant owners and managers.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups with warm leads.
- Offer a complimentary 3 to 4 day trial to interested prospects when necessary to aid deal closure.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers by closing sales effectively.
- Maintain daily reports including visit logs, demonstration outcomes, and pipeline updates according to company standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with restaurant owners to foster referrals and renewals.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is required for this role.
- Candidates must have a personal laptop.
- Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred; however, freshers demonstrating excellent communication skills may be considered.
- Strong communication abilities, confident in product presentations and demos, comfortable with basic technology, and highly self-motivated.
Compensation
- Basic salary is ₹20,000 per month.
- Fuel allowance of ₹2,000 per month is provided.
- Total fixed monthly remuneration amounts to ₹22,000.
- Additional incentives based on monthly sales performance are paid every 45 days.
Training and Onboarding
- The initial week after joining will focus on structured training covering product knowledge, demonstration skills, objection handling, and sales processes.
- Continuous support and guidance are provided by the sales leadership team.
Leave Policy
Employees are entitled to a standard leave policy aligned with company norms, detailed at the time of job offer or onboarding.
Additional Information
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
