Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager by training and supervising front-of-house personnel.
Manage daily floor activities ensuring adherence to company standards consistently.
Oversee completion of all opening and closing tasks, checklists, and requisition forms for each shift.
Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure staff participation in departmental meetings.
Communicate updates regarding menu, reservations, guest-specific needs, and operational concerns effectively to staff.
Ensure adherence to all service protocols, policies, and procedures as stipulated by the company.
Supervise kitchen and restaurant operations to maintain food quality and service excellence.
Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system with proficiency.
Enforce proper procedures for cash management.

Engage guests with professionalism and courtesy to guarantee high satisfaction levels.
Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a strong floor presence to monitor service quality and provide assistance as needed.

Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for ongoing development.
Foster a team-oriented, responsible, and positive work atmosphere.
Ensure staff readiness, organization, and alignment with operational goals.
