Role Summary

The Merchandise Manager for online platforms is tasked with implementing an effective onsite merchandising approach across both app and website. This role requires driving category growth, overseeing campaign rollouts, and optimizing search and user journeys to boost conversion rates and overall revenue while enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out the merchandising strategy on homepage, category, brand, and landing pages ensuring proper product arrangement and attractive layouts.
  • Manage sorting algorithms, product filters, recommendations, as well as upselling and cross-selling tactics.
  • Guarantee precise product classification and maintain taxonomy standards.
  • Synchronize merchandising schedules with marketing and brand priorities, managing all campaign launches and seasonal promotions.

  • Conduct audits to verify search efficiency, navigation clarity, and user experience consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce or online merchandising roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of onsite trading, user journeys, and conversion rate enhancement techniques.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience using content management systems and merchandising technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and initiate corrective measures.
  • Effective communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or multi-brand retail sectors is advantageous.
