Overview
Swaraj Polycoats is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales Executive to actively promote and sell its products through direct customer engagement within designated regions. The position focuses on lead generation, face-to-face client interactions, closing deals, and fostering enduring client connections.
Key Duties
- Identify and visit prospective clients within assigned geographical areas.
- Promote and sell company products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Generate business leads through on-field activities and customer referrals.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships, addressing questions and resolving complaints.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor data to provide management with actionable insights.
- Prepare daily sales documentation and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools accordingly.
