Relationship Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Banking to drive customer acquisition and enhance sales of banking products. This role will focus on expanding our customer base through various channels including online leads, open-market activities, and field sales within the designated geographic region.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure new customers by leveraging online leads and engaging in field sales and open market outreach.
• Meet or exceed set acquisition and sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Promote and effectively cross-sell a variety of banking and financial products.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Operate within the assigned area to generate and increase business from the designated market.
• Organize and conduct customer meetings, lead sales drives, and implement promotional initiatives.
• Maintain detailed and updated customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagements.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and coordinate resolutions efficiently.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance standards, and provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in field sales with focus on achieving targets.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
