Role overview

Kiepe Electric is looking to add a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to its Human Resources department in Düsseldorf. The position combines payroll administration with process improvement and close coordination across the business.

  • Prepare the monthly payroll run

  • Confident use of payroll accounting software; experience with ADP Paisy is an advantage
  • Very good German language skills
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, a confident manner, and a high level of personal initiative as the link between the company, service providers, and employees
