Role overview
Kiepe Electric is looking to add a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to its Human Resources department in Düsseldorf. The position combines payroll administration with process improvement and close coordination across the business.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly payroll run
- Maintain and check all master and variable payroll data
- Serve as the contact point for employees, social insurance providers, and public authorities on payroll-related matters
- Review travel expense statements and transfer them correctly into payroll processing
- Produce certificates, reports, and statistical evaluations
- Support audits and inspections carried out by tax offices or social security bodies
- Help develop and streamline payroll workflows on an ongoing basis
Candidate profile
- Completed commercial training, combined with several years of experience in payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of wage tax, social security, and labour law, along with IG Metall collective agreements
- Experience handling travel expense claims under BMTV and the travel expense regulations
- Confident use of payroll accounting software; experience with ADP Paisy is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, a confident manner, and a high level of personal initiative as the link between the company, service providers, and employees
