Role overview
Kiepe Electric is looking to add a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) to its Human Resources department in Düsseldorf. The position focuses on end-to-end payroll administration, careful handling of compensation data, and close coordination with employees, authorities, and external bodies.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain and check all master data and variable payroll data relevant to salary processing.
- Act as the point of contact for employees, social insurance providers, and public authorities on payroll-related matters.
- Review travel expense statements and ensure they are correctly transferred into payroll processing.
- Generate certificates, reports, evaluations, and statistical summaries.
- Support audits and inspections, including those carried out by tax authorities and social insurance institutions.
- Help improve and further develop payroll processes on an ongoing basis in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, together with several years of payroll experience.
- Strong working knowledge of income tax, social security, labour law, and IG Metall collective agreements.
- Practical experience with travel expense processing in line with BMTV and the travel expense regulations.
- Confident use of payroll accounting software; experience with ADP Paisy is an advantage.
- Excellent German language skills.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, a confident manner, and a high level of initiative as the link between the company, service providers, and employees.
