Position Overview

Penske Logistics is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and supervise drivers at its Coppell, Texas location. The individual will provide strategic leadership and operational management to consistently surpass performance goals, maintain commitment to customer satisfaction, and promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team by ensuring supervisors and associates are well-trained, competent, and aligned with customer business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal teams and external customers at all levels.

  • Capability to drive change and lead process improvements.
