Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Motor Assessors to join our Motor Assessing team within the Perth metropolitan region, with options to work remotely from home. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate damage on motor vehicles and caravans, estimating repair costs accurately.

  • Deliver consistent, efficient repair management focused on service and cost benchmarks.
  • Inspect and identify vehicle damages to prepare comprehensive reports covering accident damage and overall condition.
  • Review and advise on assessment reports to confirm claims evaluation and settlement decisions.
  • Operate in compliance with the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to RAC members and stakeholders.

  • Hold relevant trade qualifications in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
