Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience as a Home Assessor in the insurance sector is highly preferred.

  • Company-provided motor vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop to support role duties.
  • Comprehensive onboarding, training, and career advancement opportunities.
  • A supportive workplace culture that values, respects, and empowers employees.
  • Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance and wellbeing.
  • Opportunity to contribute to community engagement and corporate volunteering initiatives.
  • Additional perks such as free roadside assistance and discounts on RAC’s broad range of products and services including insurance, holiday parks and resorts, security, finance, and automotive services.
