Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of linen processing including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens to relevant departments
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and surrounding work areas to ensure smooth operations
• Keep track of linen inventory and laundry supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Attend promptly and courteously to any guest requests related to laundry services, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
